Accessibility Arrangements – Physical Office
Our office is designed to be accessible to all visitors. Accessible parking spaces are located near the building entrance, with clear signage and step-free pathways. The location is served by nearby public transportation, and drop-off zones are available close to the main entrance.
Entry to the building is via a wide, step-free doorway with automatic doors. Inside, all main areas are on a single level or accessible via an elevator equipped with audio floor announcements and braille controls. Hallways and doorways are wide enough for wheelchair access.
The reception desk is at an accessible height, and seating is available in the waiting area. Accessible restrooms are clearly marked and located on the main floor. Meeting rooms and service areas provide flexible seating arrangements to accommodate mobility devices.
Additional accessibility features include high-contrast signage, assistive listening devices upon request, and staff trained to provide assistance as needed. If you require a specific accommodation, please contact us before your visit so we can ensure your needs are met.
